Chainsaw Man has now wrapped up his hugely successful anime debut with the latest episode, and one awesome cosplay is helping to honor the anime’s big season finale with Angel Devil! Adapting Tatsuki Fujimoto’s original manga series, the first season of the anime introduced fans to a wild world full of all kinds of potentially violent devils and demons with even wilder powers than expected. But it wasn’t until late in the first season that we saw some devils who ended up becoming allies of the devil hunters.

When the special division groups were merged into one group full of all devils and devils working for the hunters, fans saw a different group with all kinds of different abilities. To many, Angel was immediately notable, a mysterious fiend who instantly drains the life force of anyone they come in contact with. Their demure nature in the middle of fights is something that quickly caught on with fans, and now Instagram artist @bon_cos_1129 is helping to demonstrate why fans loved Angel with some heavenly devil cosplay! How to watch the first season of chainsaw man

The first season of Chainsaw Man is 12 episodes long and there is a good chance that the series will one day return for a second season. Not only did the last episode of the anime itself drop some big jokes for the future, but it’s such a popular release that a new season seems likely. One has yet to be announced at the time of writing. They teased Chainsaw Man as such: “Denji is a young boy who works as a devil hunter with the ‘Chainsaw Devil’ Pochita. One day, while living his miserable life, trying to pay off a debt he inherited from his parents, he was betrayed and killed. When he lost consciousness, made a deal with Pochita, and was resurrected as ‘Chainsaw Man’: owner of the Devil’s Heart.”
