Summary:

A young boy is planning to go play football with his friends. As he heads out the door, the town he is in is destroyed by Gun Devil’s presence as he makes his way towards Makima. Continuing the motion, numerous examples of its devastation are shown as thousands are instantly shot through the heart. Exactly 4 seconds into his first appearance, Gun Devil pauses before locking his guns on Maki. A second later, Makima is shot in the head, marking her 29th recorded death. However, she immediately recovers as her brain matter creates a halo around her head. The Gun Devil pauses again. As Makima stands, the bodies of Prinze, Sawatari, Aki, Angel Devil, Kurose, and Tendo are attached to her. Summoning the combined power of all their devil contracts, a sudden hole opens in the sky above Gun Devil as a swarm of creatures descends.At their apartment, Denji hears a knock on the door and goes to answer it, assuming Aki is home. However, as he reaches for the handle, he sees a vision of his nightmare as Pochita’s words, “Don’t open it,” echo in his head.
