Summary:

Aki moves forward and deflects most of the Ghost Devil’s attacks with the future devil’s future gaze. However, he is quickly overpowered by the Ghost Devil’s many arms and is soon strangled by the creature.In a flashback, he recalls an early meeting with Himeno, during which she offered him a cigarette. Realizing he’s underage, however, he takes it back and promises to return it when he needs “something to lean on”.In the presence, Aki looks up as he has been released from the Ghost Devil’s grip. From that mass, Himeno’s right arm extends and holds a cigarette. Aki takes it and sees the word ‘Easy Revenge’ written across them.He takes a deep breath and steps forward. Remembering Himeno’s advice, he thinks Ghost Devil is blind and senses his surroundings based on fear. Aki remains calm and climbs on top of him, before promising Himen that he will die soon, and cuts off the devil’s head.Shocked, Sawatari moves to summon the Serpent Devil, but is stopped by Kobeni, who holds a knife to her throat. Aki orders Kobeni not to kill her. He asks why she didn’t leave the office, to which Kobeni awkwardly replies that she was “close to earning a bonus”.
