Summary:

Makima believes the Gun-Agents are after Denji. He orders Kuros and Tenda to find her a high altitude shrine and 30 criminals with life sentences as well as a change of clothes.The Gun-Agents begin moving Denji’s upper half into the car. In doing so, the person begins to sweat and notes how strange they feel. In an instant, he is flattened by an unseen force and terrorizes his countrymen. Panicked, Sawatari calls ‘E Team’ and asks them to confirm Makima’s death to ‘C Team’. The E Team agent responds and comments that they lost contact with the C Team, but he too falls flat in mid-sentence. Sawatari and Katana Man are scared, with Sawatari implying some knowledge of Makima’s power.At the shrine, Makima performs a ritual. Tendo and Kurose, like the 30 prisoners, are blindfolded. Tendo informs Kurose that due to her high status, the nature of the devil Makima has a contract with is kept secret. Makima orders the prisoners to say the name ‘Mishima Shuuzou’. He complies and a weapons agent named Mishima Shuuzou is flattened. The prisoner then drops dead as Makima instructs another prisoner to do the same to another Gun-Agent. Several Gun-Agents are flattened across the country.Suddenly, Makima stops and surprises Sawatari. Makima instructs Kuros and Tendo to remove their blindfolds, telling them that she has “done all [she] can” from their current location.
