Summary:

The group leaves the hotel bloodied and tired. Denji is happy to have obtained the Gun Devil Shard, but immediately collapses from exhaustion. Himeno takes him to the hospital and asks Arai and Kobeni to report the events to Makima.Sometime later, Himeno suggests that they all go out drinking, as they mentioned at the hotel. Aki reveals that Kobeni and Arai are leaving the office, suggesting that the experience was too traumatic for them. Himeno states that it may instead be because of their guilt over attacking Denji. Aki finally agrees to drink on the condition that Makima attends. Himeno asks about Makima’s fascination with Denji, but Aki remains silent. He changes the subject and asks if he plans to ask Maki out.In the restaurant, everyone in the 4th Division is chatting cheerfully. Denji is frustrated that he cannot read the menu due to his illiteracy before remembering Himen’s promise of a French kiss. Himeno tells him she’ll do it when she’s more drunk because she feels embarrassed when she’s sober. Excited, Denji happily forgives the others for trying to kill him.The group goes around the table and introduces themselves. Most of them are shocked to hear Denji’s young age of 16 years. Fushi, an older hunter, accidentally reveals that his hunting partner died the day before, scaring the rest of the young hunters. Himeno, now more drunk, makes flirtatious remarks towards Denji, and is even more excited when he learns that Himeno often starts kissing people while drunk. Suddenly, Makima arrives. Denji is suddenly confused and unsure if he wants to kiss Himen.
