Summary:

While driving in the car, Denji’s stomach grumbles and Makima offers to buy him some food, and since he’s shirtless, she also gives him her coat. When they stop at some store for food, a man enters asking for help because the devil has taken his daughter. Makima’s udon is ready and not wanting to get wet, she tells Denji to go kill the devil. Denji also didn’t want his udon to get wet, but Makima reminds him that he’s her pet and she doesn’t need a pet that says “no”.Denji then goes into the forest, angry that she treated him like a dog, remembering that Pochita is gone. He hears some noise and sees a kid playing with Muscle Devil. When the child notices Denji, she goes before the devil and tells him that the devil saved her from her father who was beating her. Denji offers a solution in which the girl escapes with the Devil so that he will also be spared, but when he lets his guard down, he is attacked by the Muscle Devil. As the Muscle Devil destroys Denji’s right arm muscle, Denji pulls the cord on his chest with his mouth and transforms into a chainsaw man, stating that he can now kill him without feeling bad, and proceeds to hack the Muscle Devil to pieces.While carrying the baby, Denji returns to Makima. Once he gets to her and the situation is resolved, he falls into her arms because he lost so much blood from the chainsaws. She asks him how he ended up in such a situation, and Denji explains that his devil became his heart. Makima tells him that he smells like both human and devil and that his friend still lives inside him. Since he cannot eat udon himself, Makima feeds him. He asks her what type of guys she likes and she says it’s someone like Denji.
