Summary:

Various citizens are interviewed by a news channel about Chainsaw Man, with mixed reactions: some are excited about Chainsaw Man, talking about how cool he looks and how he saves others’ lives. Others, on the other hand, question his intentions, citing reasons such as getting out of work for the Demon Hunters, claiming that he is an American psychopath, that he is too destructive, that he is too popular, or that he eats people and pets. Denji is among the citizens being questioned and tries to make Chainsaw Man look better while no one recognizes that he is who he is talking about. Denji’s interview is interrupted when he tries to give his phone number to the interviewer because a girl around Denji’s age who was interviewed earlier wanted Chainsaw Man to do so.Hirofumi Yoshida arrives, but Denji doesn’t recognize him. They visit a cafe, where Denji reveals that despite his killer job, he has quite a bit of money. Yoshida then reveals that he goes to the same high school as Denji and that he is part of an organization that tries to protect Denji from revealing his secret identity to the public. Denji tells Yoshida that he wants his identity revealed because it will get him more ladies, much to Yoshida’s utter confusion.
